Beautiful location by the water. This hotel must have been great when it was just built. Now, rooms in particular feel neglected. Great potential with a good lay-out, spacious rooms and a beautiful garden, but could definitely use a renovation.

Property food is okay not great, facilities are good, the major issue is the hotel policies, the do not have a pre-authorisation facility & as instructed room service needs to be settled immediately which is highly inconvenient. The Staff as well is no cooperative in this regards & kept asking for payments so if u order 4-5 dishes even while having lunch or dinner you are been asked to settle the invoice which is nonsense.

This is Second time I was visiting with family, food and service quality has gone down as compared to last time. you have to wait long ordered food, staff is slow in service. Even at room soap and other complimentary accessories were missing which we asked and then was given. Overall now it has become Average

Reception staff as well as hotel staff were below average. Hotel Manager Aditya was good to listen to our complaint and resolve our issue of rooms. Dining should have been in AC hall as mosquitos bite in the night.

Plus points: - Great location, has gym, pool and spa services. - Property is overlooking the sea, so beautiful view - Serve variety of food, one of them being the live cheese wheel pasta, it was yummy! Negative points: - Because of the location, if your gallery window is open even for few minutes, the room floor gets wet and slippery (This is due to the location and has nothing to do with the hotel). This can easily be avoided if the AC is turned on. We didn't know this, but the cleaning staff came and cleaned the room promptly.

Its a beautiful property well maintained and you can have a relaxing time in the premises only for a day or two and too calm surrounding. Worth staying .

The property has one of the most rude/unprofessional staff! You can hardly find smile on anyone's face. They will not welcome you. Our welcome drinks were sent to our room later. Cookies and snacks jar were sent only when pointed out. Baby food (Khichdi) is not available till noon! Stag group is allowed in the property. They drink in the pool and it becomes difficult for families to be comfortable with them around.

I have been staying at this property for many years. It's hygiene and infrastructure deteriorating for one year. Doors not locked properly. Bathroom condition very poor. Not worth to stay
